Frank Rodriguez – International Association of Heat & Frost Insulators and Allied Workers Local 19

• Frank is the President with the Heat and Frost Insulators Local 19 and works to improve their market, oversees the membership, and ensures their Collective Bargaining Agreement is followed. He has been with the Local for 28 years and rose through the ranks from Sergeant-at-Arms to his current role as President.  Frank is also Organizer, JAC trustee, Health Fund trustee and fund trustee for Local 19 as well as as Sergeant at Arms for The South Central Federation of Labor in Madison. The scope of Frank’s work covers the Southern half of Wisconsin. Frank also sits as Vice President on the Western Wisconsin Building Trades council in Eau Claire.
