So many Wisconsinites have been impacted by COVID-19 and the last thing anyone needs to worry about is being evicted and not know where their family will spend the night.

That's why Governor Tony Evers is partnering with the Wisconsin Community Action Program Association (CAP) to create the Wisconsin Rental Assistance Program (WRAP).

WRAP is now accepting pre-applications!

To be eligible, you must be an adult living in Wisconsin with a household income at or below 80% of the county median income in the month of or prior to the application date.

WRAP can award up to $3,000 per household in a combination of rental payments and/or security deposits paid directly to the landlord.

The pre-application and details about the program & eligibility can be found here. If you are unable to complete the pre-application electronically, please call the Community Action W.R.A.P. hotline at: (608)-237-1255. W.R.A.P. will be provided on a first-come, first-serve basis, and the program will expire once the CARES funding has been exhausted.
