May 6 VIRTUAL Delegate Meeting

Greetings Delegates & Affiliates.

We hope during this time of uncertainty this message finds you safe & healthy!

We’re writing at this time regarding the upcoming regular monthly delegate meeting that is scheduled for Wednesday, May 6.

Because the ‘Safer at Home’ orders from the Governor are still in place, this meeting WILL NOT be held in person.  The building that houses the meetings is currently CLOSED to all public access.  We are working on a virtual meeting so we can pass along vital information to our members. This will still take place at the regular time – 6:30 pm.

We are asking at this time that everyone receiving this message keep a close check on your e-mails.  We will forward on to everyone details when they become available as to the format for the May 6 meeting.  We also ask that you reach out to others who may not be on our e-mail list.
