Laborfest Bus Route Info
Thanks to our brothers and sisters at ATU Local 998 for getting us where we need to go, especially on Labor Day! Bus Route Information: a. Buses will start running at 8:00am doing loops from the Summerfest grounds to Zeidler Square. Buses will stop at Parking lots H and P on the south end of the Summerfest grounds near the amphitheater, at Gate 6 by parking lots A and B, and at the Main Gate on Chicago Street. Bus drivers in the “ATU 998” marked buses will do everything they can to pick you up along the route if you wave them down. This is not guaranteed. Buses will continue running until the route is blocked for the parade (est. around 10:30am BUT COULD BE EARLIER). Please try to get on a bus sooner than later to ensure you make it to Zeidler Square before the route is closed. b. There will be an ADA bus to take people down to Laborfest who are not able to walk the entire parade route. It will pick people up on the corner of Vel R. Phillps Drive (4th Street) and Wisconsin Avenue at the end of the parade. c. There will NOT be a free bus back to Zeidler Square AFTER the festival so plan accordingly. See you on Monday!
