LABOR ENDORSEMENTS FOR APRIL 3 ELECTION

The Milwaukee Area Labor Council, AFL-CIO shares the following member information on endorsements for the Spring General Election on Tuesday, April 3.

Candidates running for Milwaukee County Supervisor, School Board, Mayor, and City Council in the communities of Oak Creek, Glendale, Cudahy, West Allis-West Milwaukee as well as Circuit Court Branch 17 were invited to be interviewed by the Council’s Committee on Political Education. The committee debated, voted, and made recommendations to the Delegate Body which were approved at the January monthly meeting.

The MALC also joins with the Wisconsin AFL-CIO to endorse Rebecca Dallet for Wisconsin Supreme Court.  We believe she is the most competent and experienced candidate in the race.  Dallet is a judge who rules with fairness and independence, she would be a strong addition to the Court.

Our 26,000 union members throughout the Milwaukee area are being encouraged to volunteer, contribute, and speak up for these candidates who best represent our principles and who will be a voice for workers and their families.  While who you vote for is a personal decision, the Milwaukee Area Labor Council encourages you to consider these endorsements in making your choice on April 3:
