Diapers are a necessity. Access to an adequate supply of affordable diapers is essential to the health of babies, families, and communities. But still, 1 in 3 American families face diaper insecurity.

Not to mention that babies and toddlers go through A LOT of diapers. On average, a child will go through 50 diapers a week or 200 diapers a month. Don't forget about those wipes or diaper rash cream.

Team Union is thrilled to partner with United Way of Greater Milwaukee & Waukesha County and their Diaper Bank to ensure that community diaper hubs are able to distribute diapers so those in need can keep their babies healthy and reallocate their paycheck to other things like food and housing.

Over the weekend, union members from across industries got together to repackage over 5,700 diapers for families in the area and we can't wait to keep working on this critical issue.

And pssst. Huggies are union made!
