Congress’VA Commission on Care has been stacked with private hospital executives and rigged against veterans. Its goal is shutting down VA hospitals and selling out veterans’ health care and your job. Call your member of Congress and tell them NO.
Message from Sheila Cochran, Chief Operating Officer and elected Secretary-Treasurer, Milwaukee Area Labor Council, AFL-CIO:
I’m not a veteran but I have had and have family members who served this country, that weren’t welcomed or allowed in private hospitals. Now Congress wants to PRIVATIZE our Veterans care! Given our veterans cover the wide spectrum of the American public, do they now have to wonder and worry about people who know nothing about how to care for the special circumstances they find themselves? NO, we shouldn’t allow this on our watch! Stand up and speak up.
