Richard M. "Rick" Gallo

Elected in March 2017, Gallo had been the President of the Kenosha Local, American Postal Workers Union, AFL-CIO for 37 years.  In addition, he had served as a state officfer in the APWU of Wisconsin for 14 years, including stints as State Director of Education and Organization, State Secretary-Treasurer, and State President.  He had also served as the Chairman of the National APWU Convention Appeals Committee for three successive conventions.
